Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days via FedEx. Once your order is on the move, standard shipping generally arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Your tracking link is the best place to find the latest updates, but if your order hasn’t moved for a few days, please contact us at info@maineventprotein.com with your order number.

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only.

During the summer months, we ship orders with ice packs and work to get your order to you quickly to minimize time in the heat. However, during especially hot weather, some melting may still occur.

A little wear and tear on the outside shipping box doesn’t necessarily mean your bars are damaged. If your bars arrive significantly melted, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
