We want you to love your Main Event order.

Because our products are food items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

You can cancel or modify your order—including your shipping address, flavor, or quantity—within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order enters fulfillment and can no longer be changed or cancelled. To request a change within the 24-hour window, email info@maineventprotein.com with your order number.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@maineventprotein.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and, in most cases, send a replacement at no cost. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Once approved, please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
