Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products or orders once they have shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at
info@maineventprotein.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your request and make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the product if needed.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.
